“The reflective glass sounds good but in reality, the mirrored side gets black almost instantly and the only assistance from the company is a very labor intensive cleaning process (even though it was reported within an hour of first use). I'm running clean natural gas so I would not recommend this product or company.”

“I was ready to never deal with this company again, but have changed my tune. Back in mid-November I ordered 5 free samples, which I thought was a great way to determine which glass size and color I wanted, and that gave Starfire a nod over their competition. The samples took 2 weeks to be delivered, though I think the Post Office is to be blamed for that. When the samples came, two were unlabeled, and the one I now know to be azuria, was my favorite. I called Starfire to discuss, and immediately got through to someone. Explaining a color on the phone is difficult, but in the mean time I became interested in the Carribean blue, and was told it was a mixture of azuria, pacific blue, and emerald green, 3 samples I had. I mixed the 3, decided I liked it, so ordered the mix. It took about 3 weeks to get the order. Well, now it's close to Christmas, so calls and emails were unanswered. So I waited until 4 days after Christmas to call, and got through in about 5 minutes. I explained the situation, and the sales person was very friendly and said the shipment they received for the azuria was lighter in color than it had been. They then changed the Carribean blue picture on their website, but filled my order anyway. They refunded my money without my having to ship the product back, which I thought was very generous of them. So, they could have gotten a 1 star rating for being late, misrepresenting their product, and being unresponsive, but because of the good service I received over the phone, I bumped them up to a 3. They should have given me the option to cancel my order once they knew the product wasn't the right color or they might have gotten a 4 or 5. I also give them some slack due to holiday craziness. I was able to find the original azuria locally, so I am happy, but wished things had gone a little differently with Starfire. My advice is to call before ordering to make sure they are selling you the right product.”

“The blue colored glass reflects in the firelight and looks awesome. We ordered the 1/2” ones which are bigger and like them a lot. Two bags nearly covers all of the fire pit. We could have used 3 bags but two is nice also.”
