“When I received the stencil, I realized that it was not the one I ordered. The one I received was 24X36 and the one I ordered from the pictured longer about 12inches long. I emailed the company and told them that I had received the wrong size. I got an email back that said she didn’t understand what stencil I received and please take a picture and send to her. I emailed and told I could not take a picture. I have heard anything from the company. I want to return the stencil and get a refund.”
