“I love this stencil. I quality, easy to use. It is true to 12". I used it to update a fireplace. My tiles say they are 12" tiles, but are actually 11 3/4" tiles, so I did need to modify my project, but that was my error in not measuring twice before I ordered the stencil. I love the finished product.”
