Thank you for your feedback - this does really help us identify our weaknesses and help us improve.
I completely agree with you here that the way this stickers were shipped was clearly below standard and unacceptable - I am extremely sorry for this.
We of course will set up a re-print of this order and get the damaged labels replaced for you. I will also be speaking to our packaging team about identifying the reason this happened and making sure we make changes to ensure it does not happen again.
