“The speed at which the samples were manufactured was disappointing. I understand that the Bank Holiday weekend would have caused delays, however with a self-declared lead time of 4 days, waiting 2 weeks for custom samples is still disappointing. Furthermore, once I received the samples I noticed that the quality of the cut was quite poor. There were a lot of frayed edges and in some cases the stickers were lifting from the backing. I acknowledge some of the fraying might be the fault of the design, but I feel that should've been pointed out in the proofing stage.
I can't fault the quality of the print, the artwork on the vinyl looks great! It's just the final product that's discouraging.”

We ship lots of packages to the US daily and make sure to include all of the necessary documentation for customs agents to ensure your orders get through smoothly. This, of course, is not the case this time.
Now I'm aware of this I'm going to look into getting this order reprinted and shipped out for you right away and also follow up with FedEx our side to see if the original package can be located.
