I can see from your order that the order was placed at 2cm x 2cm which, you are correct, is very small.
The proof that was sent over and approved was also this size so this would explain why these were sent to print at these dimensions. I appreciate that this was not the intended size, however, and would like to work out what we can do to help you in this situation and what the intended size was.
