After some investigation,I can see that your design proof appears to have been accepted by you on the 27th of August and your order was sent out at the beginning of September.
The tracking number is showing as delivered 3 days later. However, as you have said you have not received them, I am going to give you a call today to confirm delivery details and discuss with you what we can do to resolve this issue.
Our website shows live updates on when orders are due to be shipped by and as your order was approved and shipped within the time advertised on our website, we unfortunately were not made aware of any issues.
We are more than happy to help and resolve this issue for you and as mentioned above, I will get in touch with you today so we can get to the bottom of this.
