Luke here who spoke to you when we first noticed the issue with your order.
I am so so sorry for the mistake that was made here! Given what the stickers were being used for makes this much more of a bitter pill to swallow over here on the Customer Service team at Sticker it.
As these stickers were for an event and we were unable to fulfil the next shipment in time we did not reprint these and opted for a refund instead.
Should you wish to use us again and allow us to make up for the issue above then please reach out to me on our email and we will arrange some free prints!
Once again I personally apologise for this and will have spoken to the involved parties to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Hi there,
That is absolutely not the type of quality we strive for at Sticker it! I would be more than happy to arrange some reimbursement for this whether that be some more stickers to replace any effected or a partial refund.
