Thank you so much for getting in touch and letting us know the issues you have experienced. We never want to see someone not have a good experience with us and want to address this as thoroughly as we can. After some investigation it would appear the initial order went through the process as planned and was delivered on time after approving your proof. On discovery the stickers weren't quite right these were sent back to be reprinted but unfortunately, entered the normal printing process which meant you were later on your deadline. In closing I would like to express how sorry I am for any inconvenience caused.
