Thank you very much for your comments above. After reviewing your conversation with our awesome colleague Lauren (who is absolutely a real person) I can see that there were some issues around the sizing which she appears to have helped you solve. I can also see that we have managed to keep the replies within a working day as there was quite a bit of back and forth. We do our best to keep our replies to 4 working hours but during busier periods sometimes this can slip as was the case here so I apologise for that.
I would also like to apologise that due to the initial mistake in that you received some stickers that weren't usable and I hope that when your replacements arrive, they are as expected and you will be able to start using them right away! Also it would appear that our automatic reminder emails were being sent to you over the weekend. In this case, these had to be stopped manually which took until Monday to be resolved. We are always looking to improve and I will absolutely share your comments with the rest of the team and I hope our products stand up against our competitors as I would expect them to and we can work together again in the future.
