I can assure you that the stickers were indeed packed and shipped however it looks like either the original packaging got damaged or was tampered with, causing the stickers to go missing during shipping.
I have raised a claim with the courier to find out more on this.
As discussed in our emails, a full refund has been actioned and you should receive your payment back within the next few days.
Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused.
