“I have never felt so at ease…and for someone who is petrified of needles, that’s a big statement! Lucy and Dr Alice are honestly the most wonderful women I’ve ever encountered…So knowledgable, professional and supportive; they made sure I was super comfortable throughout both my skin consultation and jawline filler ‘tweakment’. From the moment I walked through the door the team delivered an incredibly personable service which removed all my nerves. The thorough walk through of every step made it clear I was in the safest of hands! I can see why Story in Southwell has such loyal customers, what an absolutely amazing service…I can’t wait to go back!”

“An excellent experience. Everything was explained by Dr Alice who was attentive about my particular needs and concerns, she was amazing. Down time after my first treatment was minimal, the care package , which was explained in detail, has made the process of care very easy. I can’t wait for the next treatment”
