“Very, very disappointed with shoes when I took them out of the box on arrival. They had obviously been returned before the soles were discoloured and there was actually mud embedded in one of the sole ridges. I took a photo as proof. I do however really love the shoes themselves very comfortable and the laces are just amazing - the sort that don't keep opening. Would purchase again.”
