“My Vienna slippers arrived yesterday and my first thought when I put them on was 'these will be going back'. The advice is to wear them for one hour on the first day. After an hour I did not want to take them off and I wore them the whole day. They are fantastic! I have knee problems (arthritis) and I can feel they put my knees into alignment and significantly reduce the pain. My feet are comfortable and feel stable when walking. They are warm and from the quality I expect them to be durable. Only one small improvement please - make the sole less slippy. They can slip a little on my hard floors (both wood and tile). I will now be ordering some Strive boots! True to size for me. Would definitely recommend. All shoes should have orthotic footbeds.”
“These are quite tight on first wearing as leather tops hoping will stretch a little I went for size 3 as do find slippers get very sloppy after a while. If you have very wide feet you might beed to go up a size”
“I have arthritis and very flat feet, and these slippers have made a big difference. Don't be put off when you first put them on as they need a bit of getting used to. Within a few days or so, I was looking forward to coming home and slipping them on, and now wouldn't be without them!”
“I love strive sandals, so tried these slippers. I went down a size as they come up wide and after a couple of weeks they have softened and are fab! Comfy, warm but mostly supportive.
I wish strive would have better stock control as they never seem to have the sizes!
I have just managed to order insoles in 5/6, but now have to pay postage as they were out of stock the previous 3 time that Ive tried.
Would still RECOMMEND.”
“If you need a supporting footbed, these slippers are great. The footbed is firm and they therefore feel more like outdoor shoes than most slippers, but they have a cosy fur lining and a perfect for wandering around the house.
If you are not used to a decent arch support, wear these in slowly, as they will initially feel odd, but it's worth it.”
