“I already have a pair of these in khaki which are never of my feet in Summer. Ordered these as a replacement but when they arrived they were a black pair. I telephoned customer services who fetched a box from the warehouse and checked the colour, sent a prepaid return postage label and the replacements arrived by return. Excellent service with no fuss.”
