A big turn-off was the delivery. After the order was placed i received a track-and-trace link (from DHL). After some time the link said that my package was delivered while it wasn't. I contacted DHL and they said I should contact Stuhrling so i did. They said they would look into it but i never received anything after that. A few days later I found a note in my mail that said i wasn't during the delivery (I was). So I went to the post office and there I had to pay 30 euro import rights....”
