I've written to customer's support, they took a week to answer, gave me the obvious solution of adjusting the bracelet which I had mentioned in the first email I had already tried so Im still waiting for a solution. Its inadmissible this type of service. It's a beautiful watch for a lucky large wristed girl who would be able to wear it.”
