“Rating this product poor...with a caveat. The watch I received could not be resized, I checked with two different jewelry vendors. A manufacturing defect is the likely cause, per one of the vendors. On top of this, the shipment of the product was slow, and the replacement service has been slow as well. I'm now at 2 1/2 weeks since I paid for a watch, and I still have nothing to show for it. I may adjust or re-review this product if I receive a solid product as a replacement.”
