“I bought a replacement strap for the Stuhrling watch that my parents gave to me for my 50th birthday, 7 years ago. The original strap had rotted/perished. It is a millimetre or two too wide and doesn't fit the watch. I wrote to Stuhrling and asked if I could return it and send the watch in as well to have an appropriate strap fitted.
I did not receive a reply.”
