“It was not written anywhere that the watches had non-interchangeable straps so I bought this strap thinking I could use it to replace my 20mm watch but when I tried to get it installed... The shopkeeper showed how the hole of this replacement strap does not align with the 2 tiny holes of my watch and hence the strap has become useless. I checked online and it was mentioned I can’t even return straps. Im feeling frustrated and am unable to do anything.”
