“My plant was in the mail for 8 days. It arrived very dry. I don’t know if it will plump up. Your other orders always come in fine. I don’t know what happened with this one. It even spent a day or two in New Hampshire!! I have another order shipped I think today. I hope this one is better than the last! Thank you, Ellen”

“It was healthy when I received it, however; it was not wrapped so that it would retain water during shipment and it was very, very dry and was just in loose dirt not in a pot.”
