“The plant was very carefully wrapped as it is a delicate plant and I appreciated it a lot. They had to add extra wrapping on the inside to prevent it from moving and covered it up with additional paper to prevent the plant and soil from spilling out of the small nursery pot it came in. It's very cute and looks to be in good shape! Very happy I got it, there's something incredibly adorable about a small, fuzzy succulent. A warning though, the fuzziness makes the dirt stick very well! If you are concerned with very clean looks or will be bothered by a dirty looking plant, this may not be the one for you.”

“Arrived bare root in perfect shape. It lost a couple of leaves, this is a fragile plant and I look at loosing a couple of leaves as the best-ever packing and shipment.”
