“I’m quite disappointed with my purchase. Upon opening the box after delivery, I could see one of the bear paws outside of the packing paper and with further unwrapping, all parts of the plant fell out. While I understand its winter, I did not expect this to be what was delivered. I have since emailed support twice regarding the state of the succulent, but have not received any reply at this time.”

“I believe it was in shipping to long, it looks pretty rough. I did pot it and is looking a little better. Time will tell. It also didn’t help Missouri had some so pretty low temp drops. Sure that didn’t help in shipping.”

“The plant arrived looking dead. I watered it ,and the next day I saw little live shoots coming up around the dead plant. I transplanted into my terrarium, and I am hoping they grow. If so...I would change my rating to a 5 star”

“Ordered two. Both arrived today well protected but quite wilted. Planted and watered both immediately. One has perked up, the other has not. I have reached out several times to customer service about the dead one, and have received no response. Disappointing.”
