“First time I ordered 5 CC, they came limp & wilted. Needless to say they didn't make it. I emailed several times before Succulents Depot agreed to replace ONLY 2 of the 5 !!!!!!! When the 2 arrived, they were in the same condition as the first ones ! I may have 1 to make it, but doubtful. The plants are green, but they're not shipped correctly or something. I know I won't be purchasing anymore.”

“Came very shriveled and almost dead. Shipping doesn't do that. I have another shop I order from in Cali and it always arrives with healthy plants and shipped good. Shipping from this company is awful and majority of my plants have died. I was only given a 5 dollar credit. Will never do business or recommend this company again.”

“1. At beginning, they sent the wrong succulent. 2. Terrible packaging. The remail packaging is little bit better. 3. Try to use store credit, which means customer need to spend more to make it “real”. 4. After I strongly requested remail a new succulent instead of Store credit. This is what I got and the stem seem to be wilting. 5. Did not sent any link for me to comment the beginning order. I think I know where all the positive reviews come from. Why Succulent depot make everything so complicated? All I want is healthy succulent.”
