“When they came they were very dry and half dead. I put the whole clump with the soil in a pot and watered it really well. It’s been about a week and it is looking worse and worse. I decided to take them out and look further. It was just a clump of plants, no roots nothing. I picked out the good pieces and threw away about 90% of it because it was dead. I am very disappointed…”

“I emailed about certain plants being missing, one the came with no leaves at all and they also weren't in the box, and others that came wet and rotten. I emailed the same day my order arrived and also sent a chat messenger a few days after that and have still heard nothing back. At this point the chances of me ever ordering from here again is slim when I can't even get an email back acknowledging that you received my message and are looking into it.”
