“I tried to email the company because when I received this Christmas cactus it was very limp and looked bad. I planted it immediately in cactus soil and watered it because the roots were very dry considering it was shipped bare root. 24 hours later it was still limp and hung over the side of the pot. I am including a picture. As of now the plant has started to perk up some but I was very disappointed that I never even heard back from my email.”

“I don't like posting this but I am giving this flower a 1 review because I received a very damaged plant. The plant was smashed and broken when I received it. The box arrived intack but the plant was just about dead. I have received many plants and always had a good relations but I have not had any replies from S.D. I hope they will reach out to me after receiving this review.”

“Several of my plants almost dead, some are Alongated and growing sideways. None of them looked like the picture. Very disappointed. I would like a replacement or my money back. I have some pictures if you need them. Karen Bell klaqua38@aol.com”
