There were mealys on the Cape Blanco Stonecrop 2 inch pot. all plants received from Succulents Depot were wet, and I was not able to plant most of them until they dried up anywhere between 6-10 days later. Plants that should've been shipped "bare root" had ALL soil entact. They literally just removed the pot without so much as shaking the soil from the plant, nevermind "stripped of their soil, and set aside to dry" as it states on their Shipping Practices page. All plants arrived wet or damp with condensation on taped paper towel. There was no filling material in the package so every plant was squished in some way. In order to cut on shipping costs, 13 plants plus heat pack were crammed in a small box. when I contacted Succulents Depot, they only offered a partial refund although each plant should've been covered under their guarantee policy. I will never order from Succulents Depot again. They do not stand behind their plant guarantee. All of these issues could've been avoided by properly packaging and handling the plants. I do not expect any of the plants i purchased from Succulents Depot to make it. Goodbye $90

The Echeveria setosa Firecracker arrived wet with very soft leaves. it had to dry for a couple days before I could plant it. Plants that should've been shipped "bare root" had ALL soil entact. I do not expect any of the 13 plants i purchased to make it. Goodbye $90

Half of the leaves on the bottom portion and part of the upper portion of the succulent were dried up and falling off when I recieved it, and it was droopy but it's since recovered and for the price, I can def salvage. Still in pretty good condition! Pics are from when it perked up.
