“The succulents and dirt had spilled out of their pots. The paper and box were full of dirt. I replanted them, despite the directions saying not to right away, and am still waiting to see if they bounce back and survive.”

“4 stars because when I opened the box there was dirt everywhere and the poor plant wasn't secured properly. There wasn't a fragile or this way up sticker! Box had a huge dent in it! 1st picture is from right when I took it out of the box. I was worried it wasn't going to make it. But I replaced the dirt and gave it a nice water so it's looking better, which can be seen in the second picture.”
