“The plants in the box were not packed tight enough so the wrapped plants were tossed around and lost dirt and the leaves got crushed. Please put something in the boxes to help the pots stay put. Two plants were wrapped to tightly in the paper towels, which made the leaves crack. After I paid, you notified me that one was out of stock. I wish you would have given me the chance to pick another plant instead of the refund. But overall the roots seemed healthy and I’m happy with them now, I repotted them and they are doing well enough.”
