“The dirt was spilled out of the pots and scattered amongst the paper fillers and the box. It said not to transplant the succulents yet but I had no choice and had to replant them. I’m still watching and waiting to see if they survive.”

“According to the directions, it will stop working if the temperature goes below freezing. That seems like it defeats the purpose of adding it to an order. However, I'm sure my most recent plant purchase wouldn't have survived without it. I'll happily pay the extra $2 if I purchase another plant in the winter.”

“The plants were tiny and were laid on their sides so that during shipping all of the soil fell out of most of them. I wasn't pleased!”
