“Ordered a variegated SOP got a regular SOP. Took them 5 days to get back to my email, only to sent me a very small VSOP as replacement (not worth the price). Roots was also not doing good. Hopefully I can save it.”

“I paid for a 4” plant and received 2, 2” cuttings so needless to say I got ripped off… first time I purchased a succulent that was missing limbs and babies and they were like “ya that happens”. I’m the dumb one for giving it another go.”

“I was supposed to have my plant a week ago it is now July 1st and still no plant I sent an email 4 days ago and no response I'm pretty sure my plant is going to be dead disappointing that people can't seem to do what they say.then you send me an e mail asking how I'm enjoying my plant when I haven't even received my plant yet”

“All of the plants came in precarios condition. They were very rattled in the mailing and I had to clean all of them off. One wasn't even in a pot. I was not happy with my purchase”
