Plants never arrived. Customer service was terrible. Out full price of my order with no help from the support team. Offered for me to re-purchase plants at a minimal discount.

The SunSparkler Sedum Blue Pearl was by far the worst of the bunch. I had to throw both of them away as they were beyond saving. all of the plants received from Succulents Depot were wet, and I was not able to plant most of them until they dried up anywhere between 6-10 days later. Plants that should've been shipped "bare root" had ALL soil entact. They literally just removed the pot without so much as shaking the soil from the plant, nevermind "stripped of their soil, and set aside to dry" as it states on their Shipping Practices page. All plants arrived wet or damp with condensation on taped paper towel. There was no filling material in the package so every plant was squished in some way. In order to cut on shipping costs, 13 plants plus heat pack were crammed in a small box. when I contacted Succulents Depot, they only offered a partial refund although each plant should've been covered under their guarantee policy. I will never order from Succulents Depot again. They do not stand behind their plant guarantee. All of these issues could've been avoided by properly packaging and handling the plants. I do not expect any of the plants i purchased from Succulents Depot to make it. Goodbye $90

All but 2 leaves fell off the variegated bear's paw. Plants that should've been shipped "bare root" had ALL soil entact. I do not expect any of the 13 plants I purchased to survive. Goodbye $90.

It took 2 weeks for “expedited” shipping and I was sent the wrong plant! I will never order again.

Received nice rooted plants, however were very wilted. Hoping they will recover. Packed nicely, but dried out.

So sad and disappointed. Most of the succulents were not even shipped in planters. They were covered in dirt and wrapped in paper. By the time they arrived, half of them rotted, some started to grow roots where the leaves were, and only TWO of them arrived in good condition. I bought 7. I’m so disappointed. The two that were shipped in planters are thriving. That’s why you got 1 star. Not coming back. :(

So far so good didn’t arrive in heat condition but it is surviving so fair. It seems kind of sensitive.
