The dirt was all over in the box when I opened it. The succulent was just sitting there not in the dirt. I feel that you should have packed it better. And if the succulent doesn’t make it l will write again

I have had my succulent for about a couple days and one looks dead and the other isn't to far behind it. I think I'll stick with buying them from stores or places near where I live.

Just another one of my items shipped that did not survive . I enclosed a picture of the half dead tradescantia. I had a heat pack . I did notice that my package was wet and smelled so strong of burnt coal . The package had to be opened outside because it was so strong . I’m thinking maybe the FedEx truck dipped the package in the truck’s gas tank . Just horrid !

Didn't make it through the shipping process. :( it was only a nub once it arrived. Trying to propagate the pieces but it isn't looking good

Ordered 5 plants, after a week in shipping 4 arrived fine & 1 dead. Was told I should have ordered a heater. Would do 4 out of 5 but felt 3 was generous based on putting the blame on me & trying to sell me another product.

The website said 4” plants will shipped bare root. This is NOT bare root. There were so much soil attached to it, I think it got pulled out of the planter then wrapped up. There were so many broken leaves!

Soil were still wet. Half the leaves broke. Let’s hope it will survive.
