“The plants are in reasonable shape but the packaging were horrible. When I received them, sone of the plants are completely covered by or mixed with dirt (which is like sand spread all over the plants.). It was terrible. It took me a long time to separate, repot, and clean up many times of the plants inside deep in the middle of the leaves! For some that have fluffy leaves, I am still doing it after a few weeks!”

“I have been mostly pleased with the succulents until this month. This is the 2nd time now that I got dead plants. There were only 2 live plants in my order this month.”

“The plants I received were poorly packed...as in, 2 of them were unrecognizable because they were covered in soil. I believe Fed Ex wrapped them in a plastic bag because soil was coming out of the box!”
