“It was smaller than I had expected with regards to previous orders I've gotten. It must have had a bumpy ride because when I opened the paper, all I saw was dried soil. I had to empty half the pot to find it but, that's the shipping end of it. Since it's been transplanted and in a window with good light for the past week, it's plumped up and looks larger. Overall, I'm very pleased with my order.”

“Order came a bit later than expected, but biggest issue is the conditions of plants. Of the 15 plants, only 8 were ok. 2 were severely dehydrated, 2 were etiolated & not resemble online photos, and 3 were heavily damaged (2 from transport & 1 from heat pack). Very disappointed with this first order from Succulent Depot. Usually buy online from Mountain Crest Garden, but gave Succulent Depot a try for specific species not found there.”
