“Requested Priority mail and purchased a 72 hr heat pack. Unfortunately it was shipped ground and didn't arrive for a week thru freezing temps. Company responded by refunding my Priority Mail shipping fee.”

“It came wilted with loose soil which fell out everywhere and I was not happy about that. I thought it might die! I did lightly water it and put it under the grow light with the other cacti and plants. It seems like it may survive.”

“The plant was larger than I expected; however, there was no pot and very little root ball. The plant must have been in the box or stored for a while because it was growing sideways; I’ll have to straighten with bonsai techniques, which is a lot more effort than I want to spend.”
