“The plant itself looked very healthy and abundant. However, it was shipped bareroot and this was not disclosed for the largest size, which I ordered. I lost about one-third of the plant as I pulled it out, assuming thete was a pot holding it. I carefully planted what was left and that is doing well. So a 5-star review goes to 2 due to omission of information.”

“Happy with previous order of succulents and impressed with how well they were packed. So decided to order more. However, recent order was not packed as well. Ordered 2. Loose soil was on bottom of box. Plants were not completely in pots and soil had fallen out. Almost ½ of the paws on both had fallen off or were loosened during shipment. Repositioned each into their 2" pot and replaced soil. Not happy as had been wanting and waiting to have these. Would not order these again. The other unpotted 4" succulent in this order was wrapped well and is looking nice in its new pot.”
