“I was a bit disappointed in the size/fullness (or lack of) of the plant. It's didn't seem like it was the amount shown for the 2 inch pot pictured. Also when I opened my package (I ordered 3 of this plant by the way) I could see that there was soil loose in the box (not a good sign). When I opened up the first plant I couldn't even see it because the soil had all shifted to on top and buried the plant. I had to repot them all since they were buried under the soil. It has been just over a week and only about 1/3 of the total amount I got is still alive, but it isn't looking too promising because none of what's left has any roots. Now I'm just trying to regrow the roots by propagating them but they are tiny little stems, some of which only have a couple of leaves on them, so I'm not sure they will make it.”

“The plant was much smaller than expected and the packing was terrible. When I unwrapped it, the plant and soil fell out of pot.”

“They arrived with the plant out of the pot, extremely dried out and most of the “toes” broken off the plant. Very disappointing.”

“Cuttings arrived completely dried out. Not only were the leaves wilted they were crispy. The Cuttings were DOA. Dead on arrival. Total waste of money.”

“I have ordered plants online before and never had an issue. This Christmas cactus arrived dry and wilted. I potted it immediately and gave it lots of water that ran out the holes. The next morning arms began falling off. I contacted them and they simply told me to keep watering it. Buyer beware. I will jot buy from again”
