“I have ordered plants online before and never had an issue. This Christmas cactus arrived dry and wilted. I potted it immediately and gave it lots of water that ran out the holes. The next morning arms began falling off. I contacted them and they simply told me to keep watering it. Buyer beware. I will jot buy from again”

“Did not recieve "4 inch One Head" as I order. It has multiple off-shoots and mother is smaller than my 2 inch plants. Color was not was what was expected. Had a lot of dry leaves to remove. Also not sent bare root either, so that was annoying. It seems that sometimes they send me whatever the want and not what I order. It happens at least once an order.”
