“My cactus arrived and one of the pads seems loose and floppy.not sure if I should pull it off and propogate or if it will be okay to just let it loose. I also paid extra for 2 day shipping but it took 5 days to get here and looks like it was shipped with a light parcel shipping from USPS which on USPS site says 2-8 days or longer. I wouldn't have paid extra for 2 days had I known. Most things come in 5 days anyway. So my plant is in okay condition but I probably wouldn't shop from here again because the shipping thing seems dishonest.”

“They were beautiful. A little wilted but that was on the carrier’s fault they were delivered late and the box was so damaged. I still have one that I’m nursing back to health.”
