“Very large plant with 3 large babies. I took off 2 stars because it looks old and was severely dehydrated. When unboxibg, so many dried out leaves fell off with more over the next couple weeks.”

“Though I liked most of my order it was just ok. I have now sent 2 emails to customer support about receiving the wrong size plant. I ordered and was charged for a 4” aeonium but received a pretty sad barely 3” plant the stem was a measly 1” and barely any roots. I also ordered another 6” aeonium which was great and healthy. The tiny one has yet to perk back up after almost a week. Guarantee states a refund or replacement is possible if contact within 7 days well let’s see if they honor it when they are the ones not contacting the customer in return. The outcome will determine if I continue on with the subscription”
