“This is my 1st ordered from SD. This is one sad looking Black Rose. The soil were wet when I opened my package. I understand some dead leaves are unavoidable but this is too much. It only has a couple top leaves left after I cleaned up the dead ones. Let’s hope it will survive.”

“Pretty disappointed in this order! Both are succulents I’ve been wanting for a while and both of them came to me super water logged. They both look terrible and I’m pretty sure both are going to end up dying, despite me trying hard to save them.”

“The plant is fine. But the packaging is horrific. The plant is completely mixed in lose dry dirt like powdered bunch and difficult to separate. I took a long time just to clean up. Although the advice is not to repot, as the dry dirt is completely not clumped anymore, how can I not to repot?”
