“She apparently had a rough ride in but is perking up as time goes on. The box was well battered, placed inside an envelope. Perhaps the box only, with a "this side up" statement on it or an outer box?”

“I ordered several plants and this was the only one that looked pretty rough when I opened the box. I wasn’t sure it was going to make it but I put it on a heat mat under a light and it really perked up in the next 24 hours. A week later and it is doing good!”
