“Very small and dry，almost dead”

“Plants arrived in extremely dry soil. There was absolutely no moisture and much of the soil had spilled into the packing box. The overall packing of each plant was good, I think the dryness was the problem. The monanthes polyphlla was completely out of the soil.”

“Tiger Jade Crassula was extremely small. Far smaller than pictured. I emailed customer service but have not heard back.”

“About an inch and a half of the bottom leaves are all wilted and falling off. The plant looks bare and just doesn't look as good at the picture makes you think it would when you receive it.”

“Very cute plant, was super excited for it's arrival.. but it arrived fairly damaged with paws fallen off. Looks green enough though to suggest she will survive hopefully! There were no labels on the box to specify that there was live plants in the box, I'm sure they would have been handled better if they had known there were plants inside.”
