“I don't think I'll order from Succulents Depot again. I've ordered several times, and about half of the plants have eventually died, some even a couple of weeks within delivery. The customer service is nice, and they've refunded or given store credit a couple or so times, but it's really frustrating that so many plants haven't made it. I think I cared for them appropriately with careful watering and enough light, so not sure why there have been these problems.”

“I was a little bit disappointed when I first received it because it was just the dirt and plant wrapped up in a bag. I need to read the description a little better next time.I'm just waiting for it to take root.”

“One product arrived fine, one was rotting and didn't make it. The company did give me a credit for the one that was unhealthy. I'd definitely order from them again due to their professionalism and willingness to solve my issue. Things happen and plants do their own thing. Especially when getting shipped across the country.”

“subpar packaging. a few plants had come out of the pots, lots of dirt in the box. I've ordered plants from various other places and this was the least good packaging. Plants just wrapped in paper but very loose and some plants had broken leaves and loose dirt.”

“I have bought succulents from here quite a few times. But this time I was very disappointed. When I received it I could tell that it was in rough shape, the bottom leaves were rotted. I tried to baby it back to health, but just today I was disappointed to see that the plant had rotted through the stem. All. The other orders I didn’t have any problems with.”
