“I ordered this as a bday gift for my friend. She said when it arrive it was rotting in the middle. She tried to salvage it, but she could not it was too far gone. After emailing for a replacement I was offered a refund or store credit, which I'm fine with. I'm just happy they addressed the issue. U know shipping plants isn't easy, so I do appreciate the fact they reached back out to me.”

“I have had a monthly membership for 6 months and this is the only time I have not been happy. I asked for a heat pack to be put in my order for Nov thru March and after being told it would be done, but today I received 5 cold sad pkants.”

“Two of my plants were almost dead. I planted them but they have not improved at all. The packaging was all damage and I wonder if that is the reason why the plants were in such bad shape.”
