The Aeonium Kiwi arrived almost dead (Honestly, it probably already is.). It was dry and shriveled up. Quite frankly, I'm not entirely sure that's the Kiwi I'm describing here, but it's the closest to the colors in the picture. All of my plants came in with succulents in horrible shape and bone-dry. Some were severely etiolated. I could barely tell them apart. I'm hoping I can save them, but I'm not feeling good about it. Buyer beware.

Unfortuantely, the plant was not wrapped very securely and the post office must have played ball with the box. The soil was out of the pot and the plant broken. Fortunately, i am an experienced succulent fan and have been able to rescue to plant. It is in the nursery hospital recovering.

My plants came and look terrible. I’m aware with shipping they look a little weathered when you get them. I have ordered several times from Amazon. Once you water them they bounce back. However these did not. See picture.

Looks nothing like the photo. Received a sad, limp stem with like five leaves on it. I should get a refund.

I’ve purchased from this shop previously and loved the plants I received so when I saw that they had some string of raindrops on sale I immediately bought one as they’re one of my favorite semi-succulents. I was really surprised to see that the plant I was sent was in terrible shape. It’s so dehydrated I’m not sure it’s going to survive. I own several of these plants so I understand they can go without water for a bit and I also understand that shipping plants with damp soil can cause root rot etc. That being said this plant was shipped in really rough shape and in the week I’ve had it, it has not improved at all. I tried to contact the company to ask for some help and never received a response. This experience has made me unsure I will purchase any more plants from this company.

Plants arrived in terrible shape. 2 of 3 plants purchased had a majority of the leaves fall off in transport and the heat pack was completely ripped open. More care in packaging is needed.
