“I have had this type of succulent before and I love the variety. This arrived bent. The stem is at a 90 degree angle from the root ball. I don't know if it will straighten out. I have reached out to support and hopefully they will replace it.”

“They came potted which was a nice surprise, but they look and feel like they're petrified. They're mint green and hard as a rock. I have had them in moist soil and bright sun since I've gotten them 5 days ago, but they almost feel and sound fake. When I drop the strings on the kitchen counter they hit with a thud like they're pebbles. Won't be ordering again.”
