I wasn't very happy with how the plants looked when I received them. I had gotten 3 string of dolphin plants and each one was incredibly dry and even had dead dried up strands. I had some that had to get weeded out and tossed because there was no hope. After being potted the remaining strand are better than they were but still sickly and I have lost a few strands since potting them. The other plants didn't look good once received but once I potted them they perked up some and seem to be ok now. I'm just disappointed because the string of dolphins was the main reason for my order.

When the Cremeria Expatriata arrived, about 40% of the leaves were translucent or turning translucent and were immediately removed. The plant was allowed to dry for a couple days before planting. Today is day 18 and the leaf loss is up to 60%, with no new growth yet. Plants that I've purchased from other online vendors such as Mountain Crest Gardens began putting out new growth as soon as 10 days after being planted, but bc all of the plants received from Succulents Depot were wet, I was not able to plant most of them until they dried up anywhere between 6-10 days later. Plants that should've been shipped "bare root" had ALL soil entact. They literally just removed the pot without so much as shaking the soil from the plant, nevermind "stripped of their soil, and set aside to dry" as it states on their Shipping Practices page. All plants arrived wet or damp with condensation on taped paper towel. There was no filling material in the package so every plant was squished in some way. In order to cut on shipping costs, 13 plants plus heat pack were crammed in a small box. when I contacted Succulents Depot, they only offered a partial refund although each plant should've been covered under their guarantee policy. I will never order from Succulents Depot again. They do not stand behind their plant guarantee. All of these issues could've been avoided by properly packaging and handling the plants. I do not expect any of the 13 plants i purchased to make it. Goodbye $90.

All of the dirt was out of the pots upon arrival. One of them is already almost dead and a second one hardly has any plant to it at all. I'm a bit disappointed. Was hoping the next months plants are in better shape.

The Lithops were anything but amber, the individual selecting the items for shipping must have been color blind. The illustration depicted amber and stated amber in color. If indeed, the lithops received are to be amber, they will have to do a radical color change.
