“Worried about this one. I'm not sure if it was bumpy transport but the plant has very few "heads" and almost seems to be falling apart. Some of them look dead as well. I've repotted it as best as I could but I'm not sure how healthy it really is”

“The succulent came in as a stem . The leaves where completely off . Very poor quality . The package with my product smell like burned coals. An extremely strong burned coal smell. Unsure what happened , maybe the diesel fumes from the Fex-Ex truck . I had to literally open the package outside due to the strong burned odor.”

“This is my first time ordering from SD. My order came on time but the plants were very sad looking. I ordered some 2” plants and some 4” plants, the website said 4” plants will ship bare roots. They came without a container but they are definitely not bare root! They have so much soil attached to them, it looks like it got pulled out right out of the planter and dump into the package. There were so much soil in the package and they were half wet! I cleaned up my plants and potted them as soon as I got them. Let’s hope they will survive.”

“What is received is healthy and large. But it does not shape like what is shown. But it does have multiple babies on it. The packaging is messy though.”
